Terms of Service

Table Talk Spades is a mobile-web Spades game for private tables. The Service is currently offered in beta and may change, break, or be unavailable from time to time as we develop it.

You can play as a guest with just a display name, or sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity that happens under your name or account and for keeping your device secure. Choose a display name that is not offensive and does not impersonate someone else.

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe others' rights using the Service.
• Harass, abuse, or impersonate other players.
• Cheat, exploit bugs, disrupt games, or interfere with the Service's operation or security.
• Attempt to access data or hands that are not yours.

Table Talk Spades is for entertainment only. The Service does not offer real-money wagering, betting, or prizes with cash value, and you may not use it to facilitate gambling.

The Service, including its name, logo, design, and content, is owned by Design Matrix Studio and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works from the Service without our permission.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Design Matrix Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or end your access to the Service at any time, including for violating these Terms. You can stop using the Service at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above, and your continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
